One of the most important aspects or our business is to ensure that our clients have the appropriate methodology for tracking and understanding what they are paying for, i.e. management fees, products, services and equipment etc. One of our main strengths is to provide an effective and sustainable method of getting meaningful data from the contractor or in house service provider.

Bespoke systems support

All successful departments require control systems that match their needs and not all have to be complicated. When we prepare our interim reports, we will identify and put forward what we consider to be appropriate and meaningful reporting structures that both provide the information that is needed to manage the business and are within the capability of those who have to provide it on an ongoing basis.

Food safety policy guidance

With critical new legislation being introduced on a regular basis, Balance has the capability to ensure that its clients are kept fully updated during our interim report feedback.

Nutritional resource guidance

Our clients can be assured that we can provide up to date information in this area. To ensure that we have all the required specifications to hand, we subscribe to and support the Nutri Plan online system of analysing food recipes for nutritional and health values.
