Our fees our structured and formalised around each assignment and in every case agreed prior to the commencement of work. This means that we set firm parameters relating to each client's objectives which include scope of work, timescales and measurable results at the assignments completion.In most cases our fees are earned from savings made on behalf of our clients.
This format has been welcomed by all of our clients to date and we have therefore adopted this practice as a company standard. Our fees are comprehensive and can include many additional features such as ongoing contract support at the end of the initial assignment.

We understand that when changes are made to management positions, budgets, systems and service levels, there may inevitably be additional training required to ensure a smooth transition from one working method or system to another. At Balance we recognise this and can provide support at either our client's premises or our training facilities. We have classrooms to accommodate groups large and small.
