Since making the successful change of contractor Balance Partnership provide us with ongoing support including an annual report that takes into consideration key areas such as key performance indicators covering operational, financial, hygiene and food service issues.
We have always considered Balance Partnership’s input and support to be of valuable significance to our School’s catering services.

What we do is to evaluate the level of services being provided by your contractor or in-house team, initially and on a periodical basis if required. We ensure that they are cost effective; e.g. their fees or operational standards are relative to your service expectations and explore where savings and service improvements can be made across the business. We believe that it is impossible for a external contractor or department to question whether their costs are justified – an impartial opinion is our expertise!
The majority of our clients appreciate and prefer that we work on a “no savings – no fee” model. The first meeting is a no obligation exploratory meeting and enables us to conduct at a high level, whether we can identify ways in which we can save you money or create enhancements. If we can, then an engagement between our two companies is recommended. Our fees are generally funded from the savings we make for you, therefore avoiding the usual constraints governed by “budgets” etc.
We make no assumptions about your existing catering model or finances. We offer solutions to large and small organisations, of diverse industries and requirements.
