Following the Group's acquisition of Edinburgh based Scottish Life (an existing client of Balance Partnership) we provided our local client and the Wilmslow-based Facilities department with the following services:
1. Tendering the services and overseeing design & planning proposals
2. Post-tender meetings, contractor presentations and contractor selection.
3. Detailed analysis of Wilmslow and Edinburgh’s extensive catering equipment condition and five year replacement program.
