The Balance Partnership's association with the Schools commenced with an in-depth evaluation of our contractor's purchasing efficiency.

Following this, we asked Balance Partnership to put our services out to competitive tender, which included the successful preparation of detailed tender documents, contractor screening, site visit Management, contractor shortlisting, contractors' presentation format with the schools' governors and finally contractor selection. The latter also included writing the new contract and provision of a hand-holding facility during our successful change of contractor.
