Case study

Our association with the Balance Partnership commenced with a detailed overview of our services, this included an evaluation of the incumbent contractors performance against the fee’s and on costs it charged the School.

The result of this report provided HSOG with the knowledge and ability to make informed decisions on how best it should move forward with our operation leading to changing our contractor at significantly reduced cost and making best use of our new facilities in the School's new sports stand.

Since making the successful change of contractor Balance Partnership provide HSOG with ongoing support including an annual report that takes into consideration key area’s such as key performance Indicators covering operational, financial, hygiene and service issues.
