Following a call to our Windsor office from one the company’s senior buyers at its Basildon location, the Balance Partnership was asked to provide help with a new project in Scotland.

Given that there was a time constraint with this assignment; our remit was to assist the company with a suitable solution for providing a flexible food and beverage service for its employees at its new call centre in Glasgow.

This challenge was met by Balance utilising its network of suitable contacts from professional and suitably-networked UK vending companies. Our task was to provide competitive quotations within prompt operational set-up constraints, as this was paramount in meeting First Data’s short lead-in timescales.

We were able to meet these objectives with site visits and detailed competitive costs and solutions within a 48-hour turn-around.
