The Balance Partnership's association with the ESMS commenced with an in-depth evaluation of our contractor's purchasing efficiency, following which they made an immediate saving in the School's costs.
We asked Balance Partnership to put our services out to competitive tender, which included the successful preparation of detailed tender documents, contractor screening, site visit management, contractor short-listing, contractor’s presentation format with the School's governors and finally contractor selection. The latter also included writing a new contract and provision of a hand holding facility during our successful change of contractor.
