
This assignment was to provide the company with a detailed analysis of its seven operations in Scotland.
Our key responsibility was to ensure that the incumbent contractor was providing the most competitive service within the terms of their existing budgets and operational structure. This included the contractor’s fee levels, purchasing arrangements, and overall management support and consistency at each location.
Following a two week evaluation of the company’s facilities, we were able to put forward a very detailed report that provided a number of areas where not only costs could be practically reduced but more importantly provided the company with a number of recommendations for service improvements and sensible timescales for the contractor to meet.
