The School required a total review of its catering facilities and services which included a detailed report highlighting a number of key performance issues relating to the extremely low pupil patronage levels using the dining areas.

We were able to put forward a number of tangible ideas for improving the service levels which are currently being monitored by the School's Business Manager.
