Tender consultancy project for Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools, Edinburgh. Five-year contract award 2011-2016.
The catering services at the Schools provide lunch and other services for over 2,000 pupils and staff. The Schools' Bursar and Finance Manager engaged Balance Partnership to manage the complete tender and evaluation process for catering services to ensure that they get the best value for money and that service levels would be kept consistently high over the contract term.
